Reflexology is the oldest compression therapy which retrieves your own body healing power from within to alleviate pain or maintain health.  It is one of the best prevention for diseases.

Reflex Therapy can be applied to four major areas: face, ears, hands and feet.  Using key pressure points, we can identify original imbalance in the body, then we build a plan to treat the root cause and regain the harmony.

I have always had a passion for the deep connection between mind and body, and how it leads to overall well-being.  As a vegetarian and supporter of the environment, I’ve always held what we contribute to the world in high regard as well.  In 2008, these passions led me to the world of Reflexology, and through intense study and commitment, I found a new and wonderful career path.
