I have been receiving chiropractic adjustments since I was 18 years old because I know that a healthy functioning nervous system is the key to optimal health. I take my health very seriously and believe that my health is my greatest possession. Many of the most inspirational people I have ever met in my life have been chiropractors and I wanted to be able to share with others what they shared with me.

As a Chiropractor, I give others the opportunity to experience their physical body, emotional and spiritual reality at a more complete level. In adjusting others and releasing their innate potential, they are able to live more fully, more experientially, with more “aliveness” than they could otherwise do. Through chiropractic care, I am given the opportunity of touching people, helping them heal, feel more fully, of earning their respect and trust, which is something I value greatly. I am able to fulfill my value code as I practice this profession that I love. I am able to connect to other human beings and give them the opportunity to open up and heal more fully. By turning on their power through the gift of a chiropractic adjustment, their vistas widen, their possibilities expand, their confidence grows, and their life experience deepens. For me, it is an honour and a pleasure to have found this healing art and put it into practice when I touch another human being.
The power that made the body does heal the body. Love, light and fulfillment of purpose and destiny are more easily approached by a subluxation free individual. Flexibility in body and mind, openness to the power and grace in a fully functioning physical being allows the mind and spirit to be at greater peace. It increases the ability to accurately perceive our surroundings, connect with others, love ourselves, be present and in touch. Touch is magic. Touch is healing. That is why I practice chiropractic. That is why I am a chiropractor.
With that in mind, I thought I’d share my “health habits” with you. I walk a minimum of one hour everyday, I build muscle strength using the “super slow” weight training philosophy, I “eat right 4 my blood type”, get the proper amount of sleep and really mold my time according to what I value most – my practice, my family and my own personal development.
